AFTER A SOLID SEASON WITH THE SOUTH CAROLINA GAMECOCKS, COACH ALEX LUNA RETURNS TO THE STRAND. ALEX JOINED THE STAFF AT SOUTH CAROLINA AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TENURE AS THE HEAD COACH AT STEPHEN F. AUSTIN UNIVERSITY. ALEX LED THE SFA LADYJACKS TO AN ELITE NCAA DIVISION I PROGRAM IN THE SOUTHLAND CONFERENCE. A 2-TIME AVCA 30 UNDER 30 COACH AWARD WINNER AND ACTIVE USA BEACH COACH, LUNA PREVIOUSLY HEAD COACHED THE USA U19 WOMEN'S NATIONAL TRAINING TEAM AND WAS SELECTED AS AN ASSISTANT COACH FOR THE U17 BOYS NATIONAL TRAINING TEAM AS WELL. LUNA CURRENTLY SERVES AS A NATIONAL SCOUT IN THE USA BEACH VOLLEYBALL PIPELINE AND HAS MOST RECENTLY SERVED AS AN ASSISTANT COACH FOR THE WOMEN'S U16 SPRING TRAINING SERIES.   ALEX HAS SEVERAL YEARS OF COACHING EXPERIENCE AT THE TOP 20 COLLEGIATE AND USA NATIONAL TEAM LEVEL AND WILL BE AT OUR FACILITY TO SHARE THAT WITH THE ATHLETES!  

THIS CLINIC IS OPEN TO ANY AND ALL REGISTRANTS, LIMITED ONLY BY AGE AND GENDER.  
THIS WILL BE A GIRLS 12U-18U CLINIC.

Summer season is right around the corner! This is a great way to get ALOT of touches during the indoor offseason! This is our primary summer program that we have been running for the last 19 years. We are returning to the same summer format that led our program to the top! We have more practice options and smaller groups to offer the best summer sand training program in the area!

Season Dates: May 13 - August 1

Practices: Practice Sessions for Main Group Athletes are offered M-TH 5:00pm-7:00pm while the athletes are still in school. You can select the days you will attend when you register (M-TH, 1 or 2 days per week).

Once school is out, practices will move to the mornings starting June 3rd from 10:00am-12:00pm. 

Cost: The cost is $1000 for 2 practices/week and $600 for 1 practice/week. The cost can be paid in 2 monthly payments.
