Spring is our favorite season. Some of our players play beach full time instead of club so they can focus on getting a scholarship for beach volleyball. Some players want to do both, but start beach before the summer season. This group of players will begin training in February as soon as it warms up. This is a critical program for our top players because it is the start of our National Team and Training Team season.
Our Spring Season practices are located at The Strand at 150 Continental Drive, Lewisville, Texas 75067
Program Duration: This program will begin on February 16 and run through May 8… a little longer than a regular summer season
Practices: Our practice times will depend on the age group.
12U and 14U will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00-7:00
16U and 18U will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-7:00
Our NATIONAL TEAM will practice on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 5:00-7:00
If you have a conflict on one of these days, just email us about it. We may be able to work around it.
Tournaments: Our schedule will consist of several local tournaments and BVCA challenge matches and we finish the season in Gulf Shores at the Beachfest, which runs concurrently with the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championships.
Partners: You will NOT need a partner for this program. We will train all the girls as individuals and then help them pair up for the out of town tournaments. It will always be your choice who you play with in tournaments.
Cost: The cost is $985 for the regular season. Players from previous seasons who keep their backpack, ball, and 2017-2019 lululemon top can receive a $135 credit, making the cost $850.
Tryouts: TRYOUT IS FROM 2:30-4:30 FOR 18U AND 16U, 5:30-7:30 FOR 14U AND 12U. There is a $50 registration fee (early registration) for Spring and Summer. Registration opens in January.
Tryouts for our NATIONAL TEAM and TRAINING TEAM (TEAMs) are on March 3 and March 5. There is $50 tryout fee for our TEAMs tryout. We only have ONE tryout each year for our National Team and Training Team and it is in the Spring. Eligible players must be registered in our Spring Program and must be in 9th grade to tryout for our National Team and 8th grade to tryout for our Training Team
We have a limited amount of spots for Spring Season and we hope to be able to accommodate everyone that wants to play, but we will never cut 12U players as long as they can consistently overhand serve over the net.
See the Programs tab for more information on our National Team and Training Team

Our strength training program focuses on olympic style lifts combined with beach volleyball specific plyometrics. It is designed to help players jump higher, move faster, hit harder, and most of all avoid injury. Our seasons coincide with our volleyball seasons, so we open registration at the beginning of each WINTER and SPRING season and athletes commit to 20-24 lifting sessions each season. We do not offer 692FIT in the Summer Season.
Dan Duren is our official photographer and shoots pictures of us at most tournaments. You can check out his pictures at

Kiersten and Sydney Braasch were the 18U National Champions for the USA Beach Tour in 2010 and 2011 and the #2 ranked team in the country for three years.
They played up in the 18U division since they were 14 years old and only lost one tournament in this region in 4 years. The Twins played in their first professional event in 2012 and got 3rd
The Twins were selected in 2010 to attend the A1 High Performance Camp and the High Performance Championships at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California where they placed 2nd for three years straight, losing only to Sara Hughes and her partner Justine.
They were invited in 2011 to train with the 19U National Team that is training for an event in Croatia AND the 21U National Team that is training for an event in Canada. Kiersten and Sydney participated in the International Development Qualifier, en event that qualifies adult teams to compete internationally, and they made it out of pool placing them in the top 16 against adult AVP teams.
The Twins have been the most successful team we have ever produced in our 12 years of training juniors. The Braasch twins never played in college because they graduated the year before beach volleyball started offering scholarships. They are currently at UT in pharmacy school together.
Irene Hester came to us to learn beach volleyball while she was in college playing indoor at TCU. She spent two years training with us and she has never stopped. She moved to California to pursue a career playing professionally on the AVP and FIVB tours and she has had great success as a rising pro.
